She has a particular interest in joint mobilization and soft tissue therapy (myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, muscle energy techniques) used in treating sports related injuries, and developing plans for rehabilitation that address the root cause of the complaint.
She has been a member of the Junior Olympic Ice Dance Team and a British and European Wushu Martial Arts Gold medallist. She also has a keen interest in outdoor pursuits.
