We offer a unique level of service and care and have a high success rate. All our staff are fully qualified, but we offer no guarantee that we will cure every person that comes to the clinic or every ailment.
If we are not able to make any improvement to your condition then we will not pursue further than six treatments and will refer you to your GP, another Practitioner or Consultant for a second opinion or further examination. This will always be done with your consent and confirmed in writing.

Usually we will provide you with receipts to submit to your insurance company, who may reimburse you accordingly depending on your policy.
Consultation or treatment fees are paid at the end of each session. This can be done by cash or credit card.
Yes. A child under 16 years old and family members or friends being referred by registered patients will get a 10% discount on the initial appointment.
Any appointments that are missed without notice or cancelled the same day will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee and will be requested when you reschedule. This policy enables us to offer affordable health care. Please kindly contact us ASAP if you are unable to keep your appointment so that we can give your place to another patient.
